DEATH OF CAPTAIN CORBETT

Died Quite Suddenly in Salem, Mass., the 12th of April

Boonville people have a distinct recollection of Captain Andrew O. B. Corbett who at one time was the owner of the Brunswick Cafe and leader of the Boonville Band. His death occurred very suddenly in Salem, Mass., April 12 of heart failure. He had been in poor health for some time and under the care of a physician but was not considered dangerously ill. He was able to attend to business during the day but was taken ill during the evening and when a physician called there was no help for him. Deceased married Miss Cook, daughter of Henry Cook of Boonville. He was Scotch by birth and a fine cornet player.
